Digital Marketing

Assist the team in developing the overall digital marketing strategy
Develop and implement effective marketing and branding campaigns across marketing channels to enhance brand awareness and improve customer retention
Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns for effective customer communication and up-sales/cross-sales opportunities
Keep track of & analyze website performance; propose & implement changes when needed
Maintain clear communication with team members and share optimization insights
Support event organization, including Webinar, Online/offline Exhibitions, Sponsor events
Assist in market research and content development, styling & layout for sales & marketing materials

At least 1 year of proven working experience in Digital Marketing/Lead generation. Having experience in the B2B sector or/and a digital performance agency is an advantage
Demonstrate experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, marketing email, and social media
Competent at creating, managing, optimizing, and reporting performance campaigns on digital platforms, including WordPress CMS, MailChimp, HubSpot CRM, Facebook
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Salary: nego

The probation salary is 100% of the official salary
13th-month salary and performance review twice a year
