  • Develop and execute Recruiting Plan/Strategy
  • Prepare and update Job descriptions
  • Post jobs to appropriate Recruiting channels
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, ...
  • Negotiate salary with candidates
  • Prepare Offer Letter
  • Follow candidates after sending offer
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Prepare Recruitment report
  • Build and maintain relationships with IT universities


  • Bachelors in Human Resources Management or English or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in IT Recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiating skills.
  • Be result-oriented, self-motivated, self-confident and able to work under high pressure
  • Having experience in Headhunt is a plus
  • Ability to communicate in English (plus)


Salary: Up to 15M + incentive
  • Probation salary is 100% of official salary
  • 13th-month salary and performance review twice a year
