- Prepare and update Job descriptions
- Post jobs to appropriate Recruiting channels
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, ...
- Negotiate salary with candidates
- Prepare Offer Letter
- Follow candidates after sending offer
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Prepare Recruitment report
- Build and maintain relationships with IT universities
- Bachelors in Human Resources Management or English or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in IT Recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiating skills.
- Be result-oriented, self-motivated, self-confident and able to work under high pressure
- Having experience in Headhunt is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English (plus)
Salary: Up to 15M + incentive
- Probation salary is 100% of official salary
- 13th-month salary and performance review twice a year
