Business Development/Sales Manager (HN/HCM)

  • Global expansion and growth of potential markets:  APAC and Australia, US, EU;
  • Strategy development and strategy execution of market development, customer and sales growth, business models and targeting industries;
  • Responsible for all KPIs along the entire sales funnel (from lead to deal success);
  • Lead acquisition strategy (organic and inorganic) and tactics, conversion strategy, delivering sustainable growth with healthy profitability;
  • Customer retention, service expansion, opportunity farming, and relationship development;
  • Team development: planning, hiring, training, and mentoring team members;
  • Coordinating with the engineering team to offer the best solutions/models for customers;
  • Contract negotiation, follow-up until the completion of service delivery, payment process handling;
  • Coordinating with the Marketing team on brand promotions activities, lead generation, lead follow-up;
  • Market-technology-industry-customer analysis;
  • Enforce customer relationship management in the company’s centralized system;
  • Customer care operations;
  • Regular report to BOD.


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, foreign economics, information technology, or relevant fields;
  • Having more than 5 years of experience in IT service/outsourcing sales (B2B) and over 2 years in the position of Sales Manager in the company's target markets/industries;
  • Knowledge of modern software technologies (App/Web application development, server technologies and database systems, system integration, complex software architecture such as Microservices, modern tech stacks AI & BigData);
  • Experienced in market development, hunting customers, building competitive offerings for customers, deal closing, and service expansion;
  • Business English proficiency  (IELTS >6.5 or TOEIC >850);
  • Strong leadership skills and team development experience (>3 people), negotiation skills, management skills, and strong problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to behave professionally in a global style, adapting to the client's local culture;
  • Able to travel for work when required.


  Salary: Negotiable (including KPI bonus + commission bonus)

  • Probation salary is 100% of the official salary;
