Recruitment Executive

Description

  • Creating specific Job Descriptions for company’s positions and posting job ads on job boards
  • Managing company’s recruitment pages, posting and supporting recruitment ads on relevant channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Contacting, screening & qualifying potential candidates for available vacancies.
  • Managing databases of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields
  • >= 2 year experience in similar positions, especially in IT Technology, is highly preferable
  • Having strong skills in recruitment, candidate searching & wide networking
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Being proactive, action-oriented with good time management capability

Salary: $400 ~ $700

  • Probation salary is 100% of official salary
